Register as a synthetic tester and run local authorization challenges.

This portal creates a browser-local tester profile, confirms the safety boundary, runs mock PATL decisions for the 15 Boundary Challenge scenarios, and prepares an issue draft for reproduction, bypass, integration or specification feedback.

It does not create a real account, store server-side data, connect to production services, or authorize testing against real systems.
